Caribbean Pickleball Federation joins the Pickleball Federation of the Americas

June 7, 2023, Willemstad, Curacao. The Pickleball Federation of the Americas (PFA) recognizes and welcomes the Caribbean Pickleball Federation (CPF), representing the Caribbean, as a country member of the international organization.

”We are honored to represent the PFA and work with local pickleball leadership in the region,” said Gary Schwartz, the Chair of the CPF. “In addition to establishing rules, policies, and standards for the good governance of Pickleball in partnership with the Pickleball Federation of the Americas, ensuring consistency and alignment with regional and international standards, the CPF will work to accelerate regional growth and capacity building.”

Journeth Mattheeuw , the President of the CPF says, “To fulfill our mission, the CPF will actively work towards establish educational partnerships and regional sponsorships through a quickstart Pickleball program to facilitate the growth and development of the sport and support local tourist bureaus in increasing tourism by promoting Pickleball and establishing international partnerships to attract Pickleball enthusiasts to the Caribbean.
